I never really wanted to be a Hairstylist, I wanted to be a veterinarian. I grew up in a small home with a big family. My idea of a hair cut was in the kitchen, late at night. I was 15 years old before I ever stepped foot into a salon! A couple of years later, I went to college for graphic design, became a waitress, and was tired of being broke. I saw a sign that said, "Hairstylist Wanted, $10.50 per hour"! I thought, "Hell Yeah"--
that's what I am going to do. History!
7 Years into the industry I am now a class junkie. I love traveling to new places and learning about the newest trends! I have always had a soft spot for blondes. Blondes have always challenged me to be the best stylist I can be, I love figuring out how we can achieve custom tones for every blonde. Everybody lives such different lifestyles, and I enjoy hearing about every one of them. I feel like I have almost traveled the world, eaten so many different diets, and work so many different jobs, without ever leaving my salon. Going home with a new recipe, a different method on how to get stains out of my clothes, or hearing about those amazing places to visit is what really makes my job truly the best.
I was lucky enough to marry my high school sweetheart. We found a beautiful old farmhouse on a small acreage, just outside the village of Tarnov. We were blessed with 3 spunky kids and 1 dog. They are always keeping us on our toes, and growing at the speed of lighting. We love to grill and have family dinners outside whenever possible.
I'm anxious for the opportunity to get to know you and help you achieve the look that fits your lifestyle best.
